It is in these moments that the crisis helpline exists: to offer you a safe, immediate space where you don't have to deal with everything on your own. A time to let go and breathe again This call lasts between 1 hour and 1 hour 30 minutes, via video chat. During this time, I will help you to: put down what you are going through, without filters or judgement, calm your anxiety and catch your breath, bring clarity to the chaos inside you, refocus your energy so you feel grounded again, transform fear and panic into a more composed direction. I do not offer long-term therapy, but immediate support: a solid presence, deep listening, and concrete tools to calm you in the moment. How it works You contact me directly when the crisis arises. We agree on a time slot within the hour or hours that follow. The call is made via video chat, from your own space. Rate: €150 — payment before the call. Who is this call for?
